NOTICE: This software was one of my projects from back in 2005. Though it was really cool back then, it is now obsolete, and interface cables are no longer available for purchase. Modern Valentine One radar detectors now have a much more advanced communication interface called "ESP", this software only supported the legacy protocol.

The Valentine OneTM is a directional field strength indicator for the 1.5cm, 2cm, 3cm, 8mm, and 800-900 nm bands, designed by Mike Valentine, W8MM. More commonly known as a radar detector.

Software One might be useful for:
- Connect to the Valentine OneTM Radar detector via serial or USB port
- Emulate the remote display unit
- Log radar alert data to a PC file
- Users of in-vehicle PC's
- Evaluating detector performance
- Evaluating the effect of different settings in the Valentine OneTM programming
- Evaluating radar sources over a driving route
To use Software One, you'll need an interface cable to connect from your PC to the Valentine One'sTM accessory port.
